These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the United Racing Design ("URD", "we", "us") website at unitedracingdesign.com (the "Site") and the purchase, download and use of our digital products. By creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at info@unitedracingdesign.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We sell digital products — 3D car mods and liveries for racing simulators. When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own private, non-commercial sim racing use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish our content, in whole or in part. It is illegal to obtain or distribute an unauthorised or unpaid copy of any content sold on this Site. Our content may not be used for public or corporate events, or by simulator companies of any kind, without our prior written permission.
All content on the Site and all products we sell — including 3D models, textures, liveries, code, text, images and logos — are owned by United Racing Design or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you the licence described above and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed, after which the product is made available for download from your account.
Because our products are digital and are made available for immediate download, all sales are final and we do not generally offer refunds once a product has been delivered. If a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at info@unitedracingdesign.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
We may update, modify or discontinue products and features at any time. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may carry out maintenance or updates from time to time.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Racing Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if you breach these Terms or use the Site in a way that may cause harm to us or other users. Licences granted for products you have lawfully purchased survive termination, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
